JOB TITLE: RS Interior Installation Technician II - Weekend Days

PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Safely perform removal, installation, and fabrication of aircraft interior components

Coordinate with supervision and inspection to comply with FAA and company standards

Track parts demand, squawks, and work sign-offs in material tracking system

Use and maintain hand/power tools and shop equipment properly

Remove/reinstall nut plates, inserts, and fasteners; apply hardware correctly

Comply with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies

Assist other technicians with maintenance requirements

Adapt to schedule changes as needed

May support aircraft certification and flight testing

Collaborate with senior technicians to implement Lean Six Sigma and process improvements

Create and use simple patterns following standardized procedures

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

2 years of relevant installation, fabrication, or related experience

Aerospace industry experience preferred

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Proficient with hand and power tools and computer systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation

Able to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift up to 40 lbs, and work any shift

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
