Summary:
Lead and perform aircraft interior installation, fabrication, and maintenance
Oversee and co-sign work of uncertified mechanics per company RSM procedures
Facilitate On-the-Job Training (OJT) through mentoring and work assignments
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, customer requirements, and company policies
Use technical data to order parts and verify material suitability
Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action immediately
Conduct crew meetings to communicate work progress, safety, and quality issues
Maintain clean and organized work area
Accurately record work hours and maintain regular attendance
Perform other duties as assigned
This is a safety-sensitive position subject to DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing (pre-employment, random, post-accident, return-to-duty, and reasonable cause)
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years recent, applicable installation, fabrication, or related experience
Experience in the aerospace industry preferred
Applicable Repairman, Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required
English fluency (read, write, verbal)
Mathematical problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work under minimal supervision, overtime, and travel as needed
Must be willing to work overtime
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Physical Requirements:
Comply with DOT/FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
Climb/work on step stools and ladders
Lift/move up to 50 lbs unassisted; up to 75 lbs with assistance
Reach overhead and work in stooping, kneeling, standing, or confined positions
Perform tasks requiring normal or corrected vision and full hand range of motion
