Manufacturing Engineer

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in producibility to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing production methodologies, tooling solutions, and engineering principles to ensure program success. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in design reviews, manufacturing planning, and production readiness to support complex aerospace programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
• Participate on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to deliver cross-functional technical solutions.
• Create and maintain conceptual designs and program architecture for builds.
• Lead and implement manufacturing plans for current and future programs.
• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to align manufacturing process capability with requirements.
• Provide producibility data for project plans and document best practices.
• Analyze design/build concepts for producibility and manufacturability.
• Resolve technical challenges impacting performance, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate and apply advanced engineering principles, technologies, and lean practices.
• Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Engineering degree or equivalent with 9+ years of experience.
• Strong Producibility expertise (non-negotiable).
• Experience with design reviews (layout and drawing reviews).
• Proficiency in Catia/Enovia and 2D drawings.
• Development program experience.
• IVT (Integration & Verification Testing).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
B-52 program experience.
Supply chain exposure.
Tooling knowledge.
Program start-up experience (critical for long-term opportunities and extensions).
