Location: Savannah, GA | Pay Rate: $24.44/hour | Schedule: FT; Mon-Fri (8am - 4:30pm)

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-driven Accounting Finance Admin to support the financial operations of one of the most innovative aerospace companies in the world. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide critical support to our Accounting and Finance departments, ensuring smooth, efficient operations that power our high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Finance Admin, your day-to-day will include:
- Performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and transactional tasks for the Accounting and Finance teams.
- Communicating across departments to coordinate and clarify task-related information.
- Validating financial documents and reports to support key finance functions.
- Acting as a first point of contact for issues related to assigned duties.
- Supporting month-end close activities, audits, and special financial requests.
- Offering insights to improve processes and workflows—both manual and automated.
- Managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling professional correspondence with efficiency.
What You Bring
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4 years of accounting or financial administrative experience.
- OR: Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance + 3 years relevant experience.
- OR: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance + 2 years relevant experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Must pass a credit history check from a national credit bureau.
- Experience in high-volume Accounts Payable processing and research.
- Accounting background or education.
- SAP experience.
- Understanding of manufacturing purchase orders.

Pay Details: $24.44 per hour
