At PDS Tech Commercial, we're partnering with a leading player in the aviation industry to find a Manager, Integrated Program Specialist, EVMS who will bring expertise, precision, and vision to our Program Management Office.
Your Mission: Drive Programs That Take Off
As a Program Schedule Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our program execution strategy—partnering with Engineering and Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time and on target. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, budget, and success of large-scale aviation programs.

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Work closely with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to integrate intermediate schedules
Support proposal development through scheduling expertise and input on Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation
Regularly update IMS with progress and Estimate to Complete (ETC) inputs
Perform critical path and driving path analysis to identify risks and opportunities
Provide detailed schedule reports to program leadership, offering insights and recommendations
Partner with the Program EV Analyst on various Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks
Participate in program reviews, compliance assessments, and audits (DCAA, DCMA, Joint Surveillance)
Ensure EVMS standards are followed and supported with proper tools, documentation, and reporting
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline + 3 years of experience
(OR 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Strong understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Experience with integrated scheduling and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the aerospace/aviation or defense industry
Familiarity with DCAA, DCMA, and Joint Surveillance Process standards
Experience with proposal development and BOE support
