PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support a leading aerospace client’s supply chain operation. This role is essential to ensuring timely and accurate movement of materials that support production schedules and operational efficiency.

Your Role and Impact
As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in receiving, storing, and distributing materials within a warehouse or production environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain smooth operations and support the delivery of high-quality aerospace products.

What You’ll Do
• Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Utilize hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, and other handling equipment to move materials to and from aircraft, trucks, or trains, and within the storage facility.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management by accurately recording material movements.
• Ensure materials are stored in the correct locations and are easily accessible.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or related field.
• Basic knowledge of commonly-used warehouse practices and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under immediate supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift materials in the 10 to 15 lbs. range with minimal repetitions.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with minimal exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks.

Additional Information
• This position does not involve operating heavy machinery.
• The role typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Safety training and protective equipment will be provided.

• Subco Bonus Program
