Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for aerospace manufacturing? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our elite team in Everett, WA. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing and implementing production methodologies that power the next generation of aerospace technology.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
 

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement advanced production and tooling methodologies.
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to deliver cross-functional technical solutions.
• Lead the creation and execution of manufacturing plans.
• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability.
• Analyze design/build concepts for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve complex technical issues impacting performance, cost, or schedule.
• Validate production readiness and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Support design reviews, layout evaluations, and documentation of best practices.

 What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
• Producibility expertise – this is essential and non-negotiable
• Experience with design reviews, layout, and 2D drawing analysis
• Proficiency in Catia/Enovia
• Development program experience and IVT knowledge
• Familiarity with aerospace specs and standards
• Completed Manufacturing Engineering school – ready to contribute from day one

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Defense, Space & Security (BDS)
• Familiarity with B-52 programs
• Exposure to supply chain and tooling processes
• Background in program start-up environments
