Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: 2nd Shift 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (4/10B Schedule)

Summary:

Design manufacturing processes and production layouts to maximize efficiency and performance.

Establish sequences of operations and procedures for fabrication, tooling, and equipment.

Adapt machinery/equipment design to meet factory and production needs.

Incorporate inspection and testing requirements into production plans.

Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools for efficiency; initiate corrective actions.

Develop processes compatible with statistical process control.

Provide guidance to engineering teams to optimize design concepts for manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

3+ years of experience in Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs).

1+ year of experience supporting an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) line.

1+ year of experience with solder paste printing, SPI & AOIs, pick-and-place machines, and X-ray inspection.

Strong understanding of manufacturing process design, quality control, and efficiency optimization.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
