PAY RATE: Up to $23.94/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: 4/10 1st Shift

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Assemble cable harnesses, performing wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and potting.

Operate specialized tools (crimpers, soldering irons, potting equipment).

Follow strict quality control procedures; collaborate with QC to address defects.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

2+ years of cable harness assembly or related experience.

Ability to read/interpret detailed planning documents and procedures.

Proficiency with crimping and soldering tools.

Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and teamwork skills.

Manufacturing setting with exposure to chemicals, materials, and equipment.

Must lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule: Monday Thursday, optional overtime.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Space Addendum Training.

Aerospace/defense industry experience.

Familiarity with QC processes.

Assembly-related certification; Lean manufacturing experience.
