PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FAA Processor to assist in the implementation and optimization of manufacturing procedures in a regulated aerospace environment. This is a first-shift, hands-on role ideal for individuals looking to grow their skills in mechanical operations and production support.

Your Role and Impact
As a FAA Processor, you’ll contribute to the construction, maintenance, and testing of mechanical equipment and components. You’ll work closely with production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in implementing and refining production procedures for manufacturing processes.

• Conduct research on current and emerging technologies to support process improvements.

• Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment and components.

• Identify and coordinate replacement of worn or defective parts.

• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or related field.

• Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts and procedures.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.

• Must be able to lift over 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable with moderate exposure to machinery, chemicals, and physical risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of an apprenticeship or formal training in a relevant specialty.

• Experience in aerospace or FAA-regulated environments.

• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

• Shift: 1st Shift – 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

• Bonus Opportunity: Up to $3,000 through our Subco Bonus Program

  • $1,000 after 14 days with perfect attendance

  • $1,000 after 60 days

  • $1,000 after 90 days (must have received 14-day bonus to qualify)
