PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Engineering Documentation Specialist to support a leading aerospace client’s Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) division. This team is driving innovation in turbofan, turboprop, turboshaft, and electric propulsion systems. Your Role and Impact
As a Systems Engineering Documentation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining technical documentation that supports systems engineering processes. Your work will ensure that all documentation is accurate, compliant, and accessible to stakeholders across engineering and project teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation including requirements specifications, design documents, and test plans.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather and update technical content.
- Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and internal policies.
- Conduct quality reviews of documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide training and support on documentation tools and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Experience in systems engineering or technical documentation, preferably in aerospace.
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MS Office, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as CAMEO, DOORS, or DOORS NG.
- Familiarity with aerospace systems and propulsion technologies.
- Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and documentation standards.

- Pay Rate: \$35/hr
- Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
