PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Support Specialist to join a leading aerospace client’s engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting technical teams to deliver high-impact projects.
Your Role and Impact
As an Engineering Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting engineering operations, helping drive project success through effective coordination, communication, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with engineering teams to execute program activities.
- Assist in managing program financial data and schedule tracking.
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project plans.
- Contribute to the successful completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- 1–2 years of experience in engineering support or related roles.
- Strong drive to learn and support engineering teams.
- Experience in aerospace engineering or related fields.
- Familiarity with EVMS or cost account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Pay Rate: $36/hr
- Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Location: Hybrid schedule based in Phoenix, AZ

Pay Details: $36.00 per hour
