Type: Full-Time | Consultant (6 Months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (9/80 A) | Flexibility for 2nd Shift, Overtime & Weekends as Needed
Starting Pay: $50.05/hour

As an NDT Test Examiner, you will be a key authority in ensuring components meet the most rigorous quality standards before they ever take flight. Your skill in inspection, training, and compliance will directly protect missions, people, and performance.
What You’ll Do
Perform Radiography and Liquid Dye Penetrant testing in alignment with NAS 410 and ASNT standards.
Operate both film and digital radiographic systems with precision.
Serve as a Level 3 Examiner in Radiography and Liquid Dye Penetrant, ensuring full compliance with testing methods.
Provide Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) duties, maintaining a safe testing environment.
Train, examine, and certify NDT personnel, ensuring competence and compliance.
Read and interpret engineering documentation, inspection plans, and drawings.
Conduct internal audits for ISO compliance, workmanship standards, and process adherence.
Use Microsoft Office and other computer applications to prepare technical reports and maintain records.
Generate nonconformance reports when inspection discrepancies are found.
Required Qualifications
Certification to NAS 410 Level 3 in Radiography and Liquid Dye Penetrant.
Extensive hands-on experience with Radiography and Liquid Dye Penetrant inspections.
Proficient in evaluating radiographic film and digital images.
Knowledge and experience fulfilling RSO responsibilities.
Ability to train and guide other NDT inspectors.
Willingness to work alternate shifts, overtime, weekends, and occasional travel.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional certifications in Magnetic Particle, Eddy Current, or Ultrasonic Testing.
Familiarity with TipQA and/or Costpoint systems.
Prior DCMA audit experience.
Previous work in an ISO-certified environment.
Experience in configuration reviews to verify as-built vs. as-designed.
