PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our Mobile Response Team (MRT) in San Francisco, CA. In this critical role, you’ll provide rapid, expert maintenance support to get grounded aircraft back in service, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Perform AOG (Aircraft on Ground) maintenance and repairs in various locations across North America.

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and maintain customer aircraft.

• Complete all work in accordance with applicable manuals, regulations, and quality standards.

• Assist in other maintenance disciplines, including Avionics, Structures, and Composites.

• Conduct mechanical/electrical removals and installations.

• Return aircraft to service after off-site maintenance.

• Participate in the software change control process boards.

• Maintain and audit your work truck and location monthly.

• Serve as a Delegated Inspector (DI) as qualified by QA.

What We’re Looking For

• Required:

• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.

• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.

• Proven ability to work independently and adapt to fast-changing priorities.

• Strong communication skills for clear updates to customers and team members.

• Basic set of hand tools with inventory control.

• Valid driver’s license with insurable status.

• Ability to travel with as little as 2 hours’ notice for assignments lasting up to 30 days.

• Ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather conditions.

• Valid passport and eligibility for international travel.

• Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
