Shape the Future of Aerospace Manufacturing
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support airplane subsystem production, delivery center readiness, and operational excellence for advanced aerospace platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in streamlining manufacturing processes, improving quality, and ensuring on-time delivery of cutting-edge aerospace products.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems.
Ensure production readiness by identifying risks, optimizing workflows, and driving process efficiency.
Support delivery center operations to maintain high quality and timely delivery.
Apply data-driven engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in design reviews and contribute manufacturability and assembly insights.
Work 100% onsite to directly support production and operational teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Preferred Qualifications:
B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience supporting defense or aerospace customers.
Familiarity with 3D model-based instruction.
Proficiency with tools such as IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, and 3D printing applications.
Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci).
