Summary:
Interpret and analyze engineering, reliability, maintainability, and supply chain data, along with customer operations and support concepts, to develop effective product support solutions.
Spport analysis, provisioning plans, spares strategies, and maintenance, inspection, and technical documentation.
Recommend product supportability measures and define operational maintenance tasks and required resources.
Develop support systems to meet supportability requirements.
Identify and analyze logistics support candidates from product definitions; create logistics support analysis (LSA) records and reports.
Determine spares provisioning requirements, including recommended spare/replacement parts, stocking levels, and quantities.
Write and maintain technical documentation for operating, testing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft systems/components.
Evaluate fleet performance, reliability, and availability to establish maintenance concepts.
Support the collection, analysis, and storage of system support technical data and specifications.
Assist in developing product supportability tasks for specific subsystems, customers, or contract types.
Participate in reviewing operational performance and providing recommendations for improvements.
For Levels 1 and 2 only, in locations where SPEEA representation applies, this role will be covered by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree + 3 years experience, or Master s degree + 1 year, or 7+ years related experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency with MS Office and general computer literacy.
Strong typing skills.
Military maintenance background preferred, especially with support equipment.
Experience authoring maintenance procedures is a plus but not required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
