JOB TITLE: Cable Assembler

PAY RATE: Up to $22/hour

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Shift: 4/10 1st Shift (Monday Thursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM)

Summary:

Assemble cable harnesses using hand tools to strip, crimp, and terminate copper and coaxial wires

Solder a variety of electrical connections with precision

Follow written instructions, engineering drawings, and wiring diagrams

Inspect assemblies and connections for quality and accuracy

Work with tolerances and understand specifications like minimum and maximum lengths

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Communicate effectively in English (reading and writing)

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with or certification in IPC 610/620

1+ year of cable assembly and soldering experience

Familiarity with reading technical prints and identifying critical features

Understanding of tolerances and quality control standards

Mechanical hobbies or background is a strong plus

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
