JOB TITLE: Liaison Engineer L4

PAY RATE: $83/hour

Summary:

    Investigate and resolve production non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

    Apply design principles and engineering best practices across the product lifecycle.

    Develop structural repair solutions, perform strength analyses, and support damage assessments.

    Lead and support design reviews, product improvements, and final engineering solutions.

    Ensure compliance with engineering standards and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

    Develop technical documentation and customer correspondence.

    Participate in field support, accident investigation, and product repair efforts.

Requirements:

    Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering (ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited).

    10+ years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.

    5+ years of prior Engineering Material Review Board (MRB) experience.

    Fully onsite; involves factory floor exposure (stairs, noise, chemicals, aircraft access).

    May require rotating shifts, weekend/overtime work, and occasional travel.

    Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

    Materials knowledge (steel, aluminum, titanium; forms and post-processing).

    Machining principles, tooling limitations, load path analysis, and surface prep.

    GD&T proficiency, spatial analysis, and metrology.

    Gear and shaft systems, material processing (heat treat, plating, anodizing), and repair methods.

    Understanding of functional testing impacts and rework procedures for machined parts.
