Summary:

This is an entry-level role where you will be trained in aircraft manufacturing processes.

Working under direct supervision in a team environment, you will perform basic structural assembly operations in a production setting.

Perform basic fitting, drilling, and riveting using hand tools (e.g., pneumatic drills, rivet guns, countersinks, reamers, files)

Ensure parts meet quality and work instructions as directed by lead personnel or quality inspectors

Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and spec sheets

Align and assemble parts using fixtures, clamps, and fasteners

Observe and assist with assembly tasks, working with less supervision over time

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required

Entry level no prior experience required

Enrollment in a Technical Aviation program

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to read a scale and perform basic shop math

Basic understanding of written documents and instructions

Effective communication skills: read, write, speak, and understand English

Computer keyboard and basic PC software proficiency

Professional attitude, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Willingness to follow safety and housekeeping standards

Available to work any shift

Able to lift and transport up to 40 lbs

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
