FAA Production Coordinator
Coordinate Production Excellence – Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Production Coordinator
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FAA Production Coordinator to support manufacturing and Repair & Overhaul (R&O) operations in a fast-paced, FAA-regulated environment. This is a first-shift, on-site role where your planning expertise will help ensure timely delivery, optimized inventory, and smooth production flow.
Your Role and Impact
As a FAA Production Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in aligning production schedules with demand forecasts, collaborating across departments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule to meet customer demands.
- Participate in SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) coordination.
- Forecast material requirements and collaborate with procurement and inventory teams.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production challenges.
- Monitor factory floor activities and escalate risks to management.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Update ERP systems daily to reflect accurate production orders and material status.
- Attend Tier and internal meetings to ensure schedule alignment.
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components.
- Lead initiatives to improve production planning processes and labor load requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning or related roles.
- Strong understanding of production planning principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience in the aerospace industry or FAA-regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
