JOB TITLE: Material Coordinator

PAY RATE: $27.22/hour

Summary:
Maintain and manage the program s tool crib area
Track, store, and deliver materials in compliance with company/customer requirements
Process shipping/receiving, inspections, and material handling operations
Use material handling equipment, computers, and barcoding systems
Operate tools and machines: forklifts, overhead cranes, drills, lathes, etc.
Assemble parts kits, tooling kits, and hazardous material kits
Fabricate containers for shipping as required
Prepare materials for storage and shipping
Handle and stock hazardous materials and crib items
Maintain accurate records of material requisitions, stock, and inventory
Conduct inventory checks and report damage or discrepancies
Analyze production schedules to ensure material availability
Troubleshoot and resolve material-related issues
Adhere to all safety, tool control, FOD, and housekeeping standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
2 3 years of stockroom/tool crib experience
3+ years of experience with inventory/warehouse management systems
1+ years of experience handling Government property
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, lifts, etc.)
Must support rotating shifts
Regular and predictable attendance required
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 35 lbs; occasional 2-person lift over 50 lbs
Ascend/descend ladders, work in confined spaces, and at elevated platforms
Frequent standing, walking, overhead reaching, and balancing
Occasional climbing, crawling, squatting, and bending
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Exposure to noise and metals
Must pass visual acuity and color perception tests
Ability to handle hazardous materials
Must obtain and maintain required certifications
