Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives

Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Workday and other internal databases

Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) to analyze datasets

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and business trends

Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across systems

Support development of business cases and project proposals based on analytical findings

Assist with implementing process improvements and operational best practices

Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree

3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience with Workday and Tableau

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL or other programming languages for data analysis

Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)

Familiarity with HR and recruiting processes (e.g., sourcing, candidate selection)
