Summary:
Assisting in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule
Supporting proposal schedule development, reviewing Statements of Work (SOW), and contributing to Basis of Estimate (BOE) efforts
Advising Program Management of potential contractual impacts or critical events that may affect cost or delivery timelines
Ensuring cross-functional communication and coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
The candidate should have a strong background in Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it to schedule network development and analysis.
A working knowledge or willingness to grow in Earned Value Management (EVM) is essential.
The position requires daily interaction with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production functions.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Critical Path scheduling
Proficient in schedule control processes, proposal development, audits, and project management integration
Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
Skilled in using Deltek Open Plan scheduling tool
Experience working on Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)
Ability to work independently across technical teams and gain a basic understanding of the product
Understanding of scheduling for Capture, R&D, and Production phases, including inter-functional dependencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to prepare status reports, metrics, and deliver presentations
Self-starter with a proactive approach to program planning and scheduling
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
