 Job Type: Full-Time | Consultant | 6-Month Contract
 Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $17–$18/hr

• 2nd Shift: $18–$19/hr
   Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift (Day): Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift (Night): Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

About the Role

As an Assembler, you will play a key role in bringing complex aerospace systems to life. From reading blueprints to building and testing assemblies, your hands-on work directly supports mission-critical components used in civilian and military aircraft. This is more than just a job—it’s a launchpad into the heart of the aerospace industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble intricate components using wire lists, schematics, and verbal instructions

• Use hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, screwdrivers, crimpers, and wrenches

• Identify and select correct components for sub-assembly and full system assembly

• Perform alignments, adjustments, and setups to maintain quality tolerances

• Disassemble, modify, and reassemble units as needed

• Support team productivity and may assist in guiding junior assemblers

Qualifications You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on assembly experience, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment

• Ability to read blueprints, interpret wire lists, and follow detailed instructions

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Willingness to work onsite and commit to a set shift
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
