PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst to support a high-impact aerospace program in Berkeley, MO. Position Overview

• Location: Berkeley, MO

• Job Type: Full Time; Consultant (8 Months)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $60-70/hour

What You'll Do

As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate across departments to extract and analyze data that influences strategic decisions. From HR insights to operational efficiencies, you’ll help guide the organization toward smarter, data-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to define business needs and document requirements

• Extract and analyze data from Workday, Excel, and other platforms

• Build dynamic reports and dashboards in Tableau for real-time decision-making

• Conduct data quality audits and maintain data integrity

• Create business cases and project proposals based on trend analysis

• Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a compelling, visual format

• Drive process improvement initiatives supported by clear data insights

What You Bring

Required:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and Tableau dashboard creation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of SQL or similar data-query languages

• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA)

• Background in HR/recruiting analytics, including sourcing and selection process understanding

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Typically a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or a Master’s + 8 years, or 14+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
