PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Project Manager to support 3rd Party Attachments team within upstate New York (NMPC) jurisdiction. This is a critical role focused on managing inspections, ensuring policy compliance, tracking regulatory performance, and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners.

Associate Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or related field
(or equivalent 1–3 years of relevant experience)
Familiarity with OSHA, NEC/NESC
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); Access and Visio a plus
Ability to interpret contracts, engineering drawings, and technical documents
Strong analytical skills with the ability to aggregate and interpret data
Technical communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of distribution infrastructure and acceptable safety practices
Experience or familiarity with systems such as STORMS, GIS, SAP, PowerPlan, Business Objects, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
