PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advanced Program/Project Engineer with a strong foundation in project management, cost account oversight, and technical engineering expertise. This is a critical on-site role where you’ll drive the successful execution of long-term IT engineering projects.
Your Role and Impact
As a Senior Advanced Program/Project Engineer, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex hardware/software engineering initiatives. Your ability to manage costs, timelines, and technical deliverables will directly influence project success and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
- Conduct engineering design evaluations and provide technical direction to resolve issues.
- Manage cost accounts and track project financials to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor information systems policies and controls.
- Analyze system reports to identify and resolve hardware/software malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with data security, accuracy, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in IT project engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in project management and cost account management.
- Strong technical background in hardware/software systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and related project tracking tools.
- Experience in technical environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in IT systems.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional project teams.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $85.00 per hour
