As a Quality Operations Specialist, you won’t just be checking boxes—you’ll be driving operational excellence across the entire production lifecycle. From leading First Article Inspections to collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives, your expertise ensures our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
What You'll Own:
Assist and coordinate First Article Inspection (FAI) activity
Troubleshoot and resolve CAMs issues tied to FAI execution
Create and track First Article Requirement Records (FARR)
Conduct planned instruction reviews to ensure regulatory/customer alignment
Deliver clear status updates and quality performance reports
Identify improvement opportunities and embed quality into every process
Foster a team-driven culture of accountability, precision, and progress
You’re detail-driven, solution-focused, and passionate about quality systems. You thrive in a hands-on, collaborative environment where process excellence and innovation intersect.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
3–5 years of aviation or aerospace experience in a quality-related role
Strong technical writing skills and effective verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with digital tools like ENOVIA, SAP, QlikView
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or aviation-related field
Green Belt or continuous improvement certification
CATIA and GD&T training
