Bring Your V-22 Expertise to the Front Lines of Aerospace Maintenance

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled and experienced Product Repair Modification Technicians to support V-22 aircraft maintenance and modification efforts at Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay in Hawaii. This hands-on, high-impact role plays a vital part in sustaining mission readiness and ensuring the safety, performance, and compliance of one of the most advanced tiltrotor platforms in the world.

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance and modifications on MV-22 aircraft systems with a focus in either Electrical/Avionics or Airframe disciplines.

• Assemble, disassemble, repair, replace, and test complex aerospace components independently.

• Conduct validation and verification testing on systems and components for operational serviceability.

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems using diagnostic tools and established fault isolation procedures.

• Accurately document repairs, inspections, test results, and modifications in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance, and improve maintenance instructions.

• Identify and reconcile part discrepancies, inspect components for serviceability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Travel/deploy on short notice to support mission-critical operations, as directed by leadership (domestic and international).

What You Bring

Required:

• Hands-on experience performing V-22 maintenance or modification work.

• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance environments and processes (e.g., FOD control, tool control, safety protocols).

• Willingness and ability to travel or deploy on short notice as needed, both domestically and internationally.
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   
• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

Preferred:

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.

• Background in Depot-level modification work.

• Experience in Quality Assurance within aerospace maintenance.
