Help Lead the Future of Aircraft Interiors

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Transformation Program Manager to support a high-impact aerospace program, and a global leader in aircraft interior systems. This is a 12-month, full-time consultant role based in Everett, WA, where your work will directly contribute to advancing next-generation aircraft technologies for commercial airlines.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team driving transformation and managing complex program phases—from concept through qualification testing to delivery and entry into service. You will play a central role in interfacing with internal teams and external customers to ensure program excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Transformation Program Manager, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IPTs) to manage schedules, risks, and priorities

• Oversee all phases of program execution from development to certified product delivery

• Drive decision-making processes with critical thinking and strategic oversight

• Support day-to-day program operations, cadence meetings, reviews, and reporting

• Coordinate production and supply chain efforts to meet delivery timelines

• Lead customer program reviews and ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction

• Monitor documentation and analysis in line with contract and compliance requirements

• Guide and influence risk and opportunity management strategies across the program

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Required Qualifications:

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in program/project management or engineering

• Strong cross-functional leadership and team collaboration skills

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Project

• Proven experience in managing complex program schedules and performance metrics

Preferred Experience:

• Leading development programs through to production

• People leadership or team management experience

• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk & Opportunity Management

• Financial analysis skills or exposure to financial systems

• Aerospace or OEM supplier experience highly desirable
