PAY RATE: $80.50/hour

Job Type: Contract (6 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Shift: 1st Shift | 9/80 Schedule | Full-time | Overtime up to 25%

Summary:
Support the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP).
Develop and maintain installation and build plans for system modifications and upgrades.
Create and update installation work instructions and manufacturing process documentation
Interpret engineering drawings, perform data analysis, and identify areas for improvement
Ensure documentation meets internal standards and government/customer specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and ensure compliance
Participate in producibility reviews and troubleshooting efforts
Provide mentoring and technical guidance during project execution
Maintain awareness of AS9100 D QMS requirements and ensure compliance
Utilize tools such as GOLDesp, CATIAV5, IVT, MANTIS, CMPRO, and ADO
Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field
9+ years of relevant experience (or Master s +7, or PhD +4)
1+ years of experience in aircraft wiring, structures, or systems installation/planning
Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and fabrication processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
ABET accreditation preferred
3+ years of experience with aircraft modifications
Experience with EBOM/MBOM reconciliation and producibility reviews
Familiarity with installation instruction development and manufacturing planning tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues
