Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Required Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

Shift: 4/10, 1st Shift

Summary:

Own and prioritize the team backlog with input from PMs, EPMs, and IPT leads

Refine backlog and support PI Planning as part of the agile cadence

Collaborate with the team to mature the Story backlog

Work with architects on enabler scope and decision-making

Evaluate team progress and manage risks and opportunities

Ensure Stories meet user needs and comply with the Definition of Done

Drive continuous improvement and value delivery

Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance Required

Agile Software Development: 6+ years

JIRA: 4 6 years

Engineering Design Principles: 6+ years

Metrics Development: 4 6 years

Advanced Communication Skills: 6+ years

Oral and Written Communication: 6+ years

Problem Solving: 6+ years

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Program Management: 4 6 years

Systems Engineering: 2 4 years

Hardware Integration: 2 4 years

Software Engineering: 2 4 years
