JOB TITLE: Entry-Level Avionics Installer Multiple Openings
LOCATION: Savannah, GA
PAY RATE: $25.65/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Assist with the installation, modification, and testing of avionics and electrical systems.

This includes wire harness fabrication, system terminations, ring-outs, and functional testing.

Assist in the removal and installation of avionics components and wiring per blueprints and engineering drawings

Support the fabrication and installation of electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment

Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes

Maintain required logs and records accurately

Adhere to safety procedures, FOD control, tool control, and 5S standards

Care for shop tools and equipment properly

Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

6 months of aviation electronics schooling or general electrical experience

Technical certificate in aircraft electrical assembly

Completion of a current-year youth apprenticeship program

General knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer specifications

Must know how to use a multimeter

Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
