PDS Tech Commercial is hiring an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support a high-impact project focused on knowledge transfer and process alignment across multiple production locations. About the Role
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll lead efforts to implement existing products across primary, secondary, or dual-source sites. You’ll collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to document processes, manage tooling, and ensure compliance with customer requirements—all while driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple production sites

• Review and manage tooling transfers and readiness between locations

• Develop manufacturing methods and sequences for moderately complex assemblies

• Document hidden factory processes and create clear work instructions

• Ensure compliance with customer quality and regulatory requirements

• Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives

• Collaborate with design, test, and quality engineering teams

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, or Mathematics

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering

Preferred Experience:

• Background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering

• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

• Experience with aluminum and steel sheet metal welding

• Knowledge of brazed heat exchanger core assemblies
