Make an Impact in Aerospace Supply Chain Excellence

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Supply Chain Management Analyst to support Production Control operations at our San Antonio site. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring seamless material flow and production alignment across all airplane programs. Your work will directly contribute to the success of one of the world’s leading aerospace manufacturers.

What You’ll Do

• Align Production Schedules: Coordinate with planning and operations to ensure timely material availability.
• Mitigate Supply Chain Risks: Identify and resolve issues like material shortages and supplier constraints.
• Drive Efficiency: Lead cost-saving initiatives and process improvements using lean principles.
• Leverage ERP/MRP Systems: Utilize tools like SAP and GOLD to manage inventory and support data accuracy.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with procurement, logistics, quality, and production teams to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Analyze & Forecast: Interpret complex material requirements and integrate BOMs into production plans.
• Ensure On-Time Delivery: Maintain a proactive approach to meet delivery targets and customer expectations.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• 1+ year in Supply Chain or Materials Management
• 2+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or customer service
• 1+ year using ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
• 1+ year experience with GOLD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to support on-call needs, including weekends and holidays
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience
• 1+ year of supply chain education or training
• 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience
