About the Role
As an Assembly & Test Technician, you’ll conduct standard testing procedures on various equipment, record and analyze results, and support quality assurance efforts. You’ll work under direct supervision and gain valuable experience in a structured, safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform standard testing procedures on equipment and components

• Record and analyze test results for accuracy and compliance

• Use industry-specific testing tools and follow established protocols

• Support data collection and reporting for engineering and quality teams

• Work safely around moderate machinery and equipment

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) as needed

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field

• 0–2 years of experience in testing or a related area

• Familiarity with standard testing practices and equipment

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks safely

Preferred Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

• Pay Rate: $20.50/hr

• Shift: 2nd Shift

• Bonus Opportunity: Up to $3,000 through our Subco Bonus Program

  • $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance

  • $1,000 at 60 days

  • $1,000 at 90 days
