About the Role:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll manage multiple customer accounts while ensuring all interactions meet our high standards of professionalism and accuracy. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and contract compliance — all essential to maintaining excellence in the aerospace industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Execute order entry, quote creation, and contract review in compliance with internal procedures and federal regulations (FAR/DFAR)

• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external customers

• Monitor contract accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and identify potential risks

• Maintain accurate records using SAP, SharePoint, and other systems

• Manage logistics and documentation for aerospace parts and services

• Document customer needs to identify trends and support continuous improvement

• Assist with special projects and cross-functional collaboration as needed

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time; 12-Month Consultant

• Location: Haltom City, TX 76137 (Fully Onsite)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Pay Rate: $30.36 – $37.37 per hour (commensurate with experience)

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

What You Bring to the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent training) with 4+ years of relevant experience, OR 6+ years of experience without a diploma

• Strong customer service background with exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in managing contracts, processing orders, and handling logistics

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting

• Experience using enterprise systems such as SAP

• Working knowledge of aerospace industry standards and federal regulations (FAR/DFAR)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the aerospace industry

• SAP proficiency

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting contracts and customer purchase orders
