PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our client’s Aerostructures Supply Chain contracts team. In this fully remote role, you'll serve as a key partner in managing and negotiating complex supplier contracts. Your insight and leadership will help drive compliance, mitigate risk, and support the strategic goals of one of the aerospace industry’s most critical supply chains.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a senior contracts expert within a collaborative team

• Draft, review, negotiate, interpret, and manage complex supply chain agreements

• Analyze contracts for compliance with corporate policies, government regulations, and commercial standards

• Advise on legal risks and develop customized contract terms using internal legal resources

• Prepare risk assessments and brief stakeholders on mitigation strategies and contingency plans

• Lead and manage contract-related projects across multiple departments

• Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements

• Maintain accurate legal records and contribute to overall contract strategy

• Represent the organization in contract-related legal discussions and decisions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience

• OR an advanced degree with 4+ years of relevant experience

• OR 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                                               
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD)

• Experience managing contracts in aerospace, defense, or government procurement

• Familiarity with cost control guidelines and supplier contract risk assessment
