Play a Key Role in Supporting U.S. Air Force Operations

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Supply Chain & Logistics Management Specialist to support critical logistics and transportation efforts for our client in the aerospace industry. In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you’ll help manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and MICAP shipments for our USAF customer—ensuring mission-critical parts and services are delivered efficiently and on time.

This is a dual, cross-functional position where you'll support both transportation risk mitigation and customer order execution. If you're detail-driven, collaborative, and thrive in high-stakes environments, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and track high-value AOG/MICAP shipments in support of the U.S. Air Force.

• Develop and improve logistics and transportation processes, strategies, and procedures.

• Initiate, process, and close out AOG/MICAP orders from end to end.

• Monitor service providers for performance and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain streamlined operations.

• Support both the C-17 AOG MICAP Team and broader logistics functions.

• Contribute to a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics.

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of related experience).

• Solid knowledge of supply chain fundamentals.

• Willingness and ability to work second shift (Wed–Sat, 1:30 PM–12:00 AM).
  
  This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
