Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Training period: First shift (Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM EST) for 6 8 weeks

Post-training: Second shift (Monday Thursday, 4:18 PM 2:48 AM EST) for the remainder of contract

Summary:

Perform production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies (modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, cables) for precision electro-mechanical assemblies

Wire assemblies and subassemblies

Conduct skilled soldering operations on micro and subminiature components and parts

Support manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assemblies

Operate equipment such as:

Laser wire strippers

Coax wire processing equipment

Assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assemblies

Work from diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operations sheets

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies and wiring of assemblies/subassemblies

Skilled in advanced soldering operations

Experience supporting the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assemblies

Proficient in operating laser wire strippers and coax wire processing equipment

Ability to assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assemblies

Able to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operations sheets

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
