As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr Advanced here you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our advanced manufacturing operations.
You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a 100% onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Provide direct program support to ensure ability to manufacture development program products within quality, cost, and schedule measures.
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Identify and implement cutting edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.

WE VALUE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
