JOB TITLE: Inventory Control - 2nd Shift
LOCATION: North Charleston, SC
PAY RATE: Up to $28/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Move and process materials to support 787 production flow

Monitor and report work-in-progress and inventory status

Use both automated systems and manual methods for tracking

Identify and resolve material discrepancies using standard procedures

Coordinate with teams to prioritize and expedite production tasks

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

1+ year of relevant experience or equivalent (e.g., vocational/Associate degree)

Accountability and ownership of work

Adaptability to changing work environments

Commitment to continuous improvement and learning

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

Inventory Control: Experience with Kanban, JIT, Kitting, WIP, etc.

Supply Chain Strategy: Knowledge of inventory reduction, lead-time reduction, flow optimization

Warehouse Operations: Familiarity with shipping, receiving, OSHA, ESD, hazardous materials
