PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Material Handler to support the Cabin Integration value stream at our client’s aerospace facility in Everett, WA. About the Role

As a Material Handler, you’ll be at the center of inventory control and workflow execution—ensuring that the right parts are where they need to be, when they need to be there. You’ll play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by preparing work order kits, tracking WIP, and ensuring inventory accuracy to keep production on track and compliant.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with planning to ensure accurate work order execution

• Prepare and issue kits based on work order requirements with precision

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

• Operate material handling tools and equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

• Ensure alignment between manufacturing processes, work instructions, and material movement

• Support process improvements through continuous improvement initiatives (CORE principles)

• Uphold a professional, team-oriented attitude while maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted

• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
   

• Willingness to obtain forklift certification if required

• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., data entry, inventory tracking)

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables)

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment

• Previous materials handling or logistics experience

• Pay Rate: $21.55/hr
