Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and inquisitive integrator with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. This position plays a key role in shaping the future of database development, maintenance, and integration within the LPD (Logistics Product Data) domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including systems engineering, reliability, training, digital thread, and earned value management—to enhance supportability and digital engineering capabilities for the U.S. Army and future international military programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, administer, and maintain Teamcenter and S1000D content, including supportability databases and packaging batch reports or data files for delivery to customers.
• Maintain application servers, ensuring vendor-supplied patch levels are up to date, monitoring server/database performance, and recommending integration solutions.
• Design and develop automated interfaces between user applications to minimize training complexity.
• Identify, build, and maintain databases and reporting tools that provide insight into supportability and resource metrics.
• Create integrated supportability processes that align with logistics and program objectives.
• Analyze and optimize workflow and task efficiency through IT process improvements.
• Collaborate on new supportability processes leveraging enterprise IT tools and systems.
• Evaluate software and hardware requirements and operate in JIRA or Azure DevOps environments to track and document work.
• Assist with server maintenance and troubleshooting, including problem-solving with internal/external customers and coordinating with vendors.
• Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process implementations and integration of multiple software/hardware applications.

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Position Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of combined experience in S1000D technical publication content and/or Teamcenter integration support
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Technical Skills:
• Experience with one or more of the following tools and technologies:
o Visual Studio (2003/2005, 2022, .NET)
o Python, Jupyter, Visual Basic, Java, XML, HTML
o SQL, Oracle
o Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, SLIC Wave
• Understanding of:
o Database architecture and software programming
o Windows and Unix environments
o Desktop and server-side database application development
• Familiarity with:
o Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Fault Locate Analysis, and Graphic Development
o Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS)
o Simulation development tools like Flash ActionScript or Director
o Lingo scripting language
