Summary:

Interpret and work from engineering requirements, work orders, blueprints, charts, sketches, work instructions, and verbal/electronic information to manufacture parts and assemblies to quality standards.

Set up and perform manual assembly operations and related machine functions as required.

Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.

Assemble and mate structural parts and assemblies using drilling, routing, reaming, countersinking, spot-facing, counterboring, and installing fasteners with hand tools.

Utilize tooling to assemble components into sub-assemblies or final products.

Verify completed work aligns with instructions and engineering specifications; report discrepancies per procedures.

Ensure tools and equipment are certified in accordance with company policies.

Complete assignments within scheduled timeframes.

Support continuous workflow by assisting and training other employees across all levels.

Must successfully pass a skills demonstration.

Requirements:

5 10 years of relevant structural assembly experience.

High school diploma or GED

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation and engineering drawings.

Skilled in precision measurement tools.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Must pass a hands-on skills demonstration.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
