PDS Tech Commercial, a Military Friendly® Employer is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler to support warehouse operations at a leading industrial facility. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Position Summary As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within a warehouse or storage facility using various types of equipment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring materials are handled efficiently and safely to support production and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload materials using forklifts, hoists, hand trucks, or conveyors
Move materials to and from aircraft, trucks, trains, and storage areas
Follow pre-established guidelines and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Operate powered industrial trucks in accordance with safety standards
Report to a supervisor and work under immediate supervision
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of experience in material handling or a related field
Familiarity with warehouse practices and safety procedures
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without significant repetition
Willingness to work in environments with moderate exposure to machinery and physical risks
Must be able to train on Swing Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) for a few weeks before transitioning to 1st shift

Pay Rate: $21/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Tuesday through Saturday
Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000:
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
$1,000 at 60 days
$1,000 at 90 days (must have received 14-day bonus)

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
