Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift 5:30AM-2:00PM
Pay Rate: $39.73 – $44.14 per hour

As an Employee Development Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in training electrical assembly professionals who directly contribute to the manufacturing of commercial and military aircraft components. You’ll work hands-on with a passionate team in a fast-paced production environment—shaping both people and progress.
Deliver impactful training sessions using proven instructional methods and a variety of engaging media
Adapt curriculum content to meet specific production and learning objectives
Evaluate trainee progress and recommend improvement strategies as needed
Coordinate and schedule technical training for new hires, transfers, and recalled employees
Use reporting tools to track training effectiveness and provide insights for optimization
Maintain accurate records, develop instructional materials, and ensure all learning follows set standards and best practices
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and leadership to align training with operational goals
Support off-shift training when necessary (including evenings or weekends)
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in electrical assembly and/or working with electronic materials
3+ years using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3+ years working with detailed instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings
Experience delivering presentations and public speaking
At least 1 year of experience with data analysis or training reports
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching technical content to adult learners
Knowledge of Electrical Systems fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems such as My Learning
Experience developing course content and instructional materials
Understanding of Quality and Production Systems in manufacturing environments
Prior exposure to standard work systems, specifications, and procedural tools (e.g. SOPs, SWI, Redars)
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree + 6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent (e.g. Master’s + 4 years, or 10 years of related work)
