Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer

As a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer here at Aerospace Technologies (AT), you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will ensure that the system design aligns with Company’s quality standards and industry best practices. You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends that you will apply to address complex engineering challenges and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create test plans, procedures, and reports based on customer environmental requirements and applicable performance standards
• Avionics testing in accordance with environmental requirements and Minimum Operational Performance Standards (MOPS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems
• Strong desire to create a quality product
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering or test engineering
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
