PDS Tech Commercial, a Military Friendly® Employer, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to support material handling projects. This is a dynamic, travel-intensive role ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving real-world challenges both in-office and on-site.
About the Role As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and commissioning the electrical scope of material handling projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, interface with customers, and manage project deliverables to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design and commission electrical systems for material handling projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate project risks and ensure alignment.
Interface with customers to develop solutions that meet contractual and technical requirements.
Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
Prioritize tasks based on project timelines and evolving needs.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
2+ years of experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
2+ years of hands-on experience in the material handling industry.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to escalate issues and adapt to changing project priorities.
Willingness and ability to travel 60% (driving or flying).
Must be local to or able to work from Mason, OH when not traveling.
Preferred:
Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass timekeeping and expense reporting.

Pay Details: $58.00 per hour
