Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities on commercial aircraft.
Recent hands-on experience and either an Airframe or A&P certification.
This is a safety-sensitive position subject to FAA/DOT regulations.
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance per OEM and airline manuals.
Read and interpret drawings, schematics, service bulletins, and engineering documentation.
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems, including flight controls, hydraulics, landing gear, and environmental systems.
Perform structural repairs including floor beams, bulkheads, stringers, and frames using SRM and engineering data.
Fabricate or replace skins, stiffeners, brackets, extrusions, and seat tracks.
Conduct rigging and operational testing of aircraft systems.
Communicate job progress effectively with team and leadership.
Accurately clock time to jobs and complete OJT documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years recent commercial aircraft maintenance or MRO experience.
FAA Airframe or A&P certification required.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments (stooping, kneeling, standing, confined spaces).
Must comply with DOT/FAA Drug & Alcohol Testing Program.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
Ability to operate ground support equipment (Hi-Reach, power carts, etc.).
Familiarity with general aircraft maintenance operations and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel or work outside core business hours when needed.
